Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website tawilabs.com or availing the services of Tawi Diagnostic & Imaging Centre. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Tawi Diagnostic & Imaging Centre (“Tawi Lab”) is a NABL-accredited (ISO 15189:2012) and ICMR-approved diagnostic laboratory and imaging centre located in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We offer pathology, radiology, and cardiology diagnostic services to patients and healthcare providers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting a contact form, booking a test, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Use of Our Services

Our diagnostic services are intended for medical purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified physician.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking appointments or filling in forms. Tawi Lab is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by you.
Services are available to individuals of all ages. Tests for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the appointment and associated information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service booking at our discretion, including in cases of inappropriate behavior, false information, or where the requested service cannot be performed safely.

4. Appointments and Home Collection

Appointments for home sample collection must be pre-booked. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
Tawi Lab will make reasonable efforts to be punctual for home collection; however, actual arrival times may vary due to operational circumstances.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time via call or WhatsApp to 90555 44447.

5. Diagnostic Reports

All reports are generated by qualified laboratory professionals using validated methods and calibrated equipment.
Reports are for the use of the patient and their treating physician only. They should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical symptoms and physician evaluation.
Tawi Lab does not accept liability for misinterpretation of reports by patients or unauthorized third parties.
Digital reports are available through our secure online portal. Tawi Lab is not responsible for unauthorized access arising from the sharing of report download credentials by the patient.
In the event of a discrepancy or concern regarding a report, please contact us within 7 days of report issuance.

6. Fees and Payments

All test charges are as per our current price list. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
COVID-19 testing is conducted at Government-approved prices as mandated by relevant authorities.
Payment is due at the time of sample collection unless a prior credit arrangement has been established.
We accept cash and digital payment methods. Receipts will be provided upon request.

7. Communications and Marketing

By submitting your contact details through our website or registration process, you consent to receiving communications from Tawi Lab, including appointment reminders, report notifications, health information, and promotional offers via SMS, RCS, Email, WhatsApp, and Voice calls. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at support@tawilabs.com. Transactional and service-related messages (such as report delivery notifications) will continue regardless of marketing opt-out.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and data, is the property of Tawi Diagnostic & Imaging Centre or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Tawi Lab.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tawi Lab makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant the completeness or reliability of any information on this site.

10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

Tawi Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
